This is a grounding ritual I lead at the beginning of pretty much every client session.
 
It's fantastic for really FEELING your guides,
grounding higher perspective (soul essence) into the body,
and
opening sacred space with yourself and the Divine,
 
whether that be for a specific purpose, or just to ground more of that beautiful soul essence in your day to day life.
