Let me introduce my vibe...

I died when I was born and encountered the Divine. Wild, I know! I was a ~gifted & talented~ kid with SO MANY emotions and psychic insights, and no clue how to navigate them. I was raised on a spit of Heaven, Maryland’s Eastern Shore, by a deeply faithful school teacher & a hippie dippie economist public servant. I'm the youngest of three, and definitely the oddball of the family.

My paternal grandma was my keeper, and her dedicated volunteer service at Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge provided holy ground for me to learn about family “gifts and curses” that run deep through our Irish bloodline, as well as plant and animal magic while I attended Catholic school and church. I've been singing as long as I can speak, and I learned how to play guitar after a handful of lessons as a child. I began writing songs along in my bedroom at age 13, and didn't begin sharing my music publicly until I was 23.

I have a BFA in Dramatic Writing from the school of film & TV at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. I worked on The Chris Gethard Show, SNL, and a number of other projects. I performed hundreds of shows of all kinds across the city throughout my seven years there. I worked for two Arts Ed Nonprofits after college and became a communications director at 24.

It was a wild and exciting life, but my nervous system was a total shit-show. I did 10 years of therapy and spiritual work to un-become and re-become. I was offered a number of really cool jobs in the City, but ultimately moved home to Maryland keep healing, reconnect with the Earth, and to record a crop of songs that had poured out of me in the wake of my grandmother's death.

I began spiritually advising in 2017 at the request of those coming to me and asking for my help, and that snowballed into more substantial work with clients on in 2020. I support business owners, CFOs, lawyers, writers, nurses, professional spiritualists, teachers, artists, entertainment industry agents, musicians, marketing executives, and community service-oriented changemakers as they navigate to the top of their fields and maximize impact for the common good.

I am known for taking complex, abstract ideas and translating them into easily digestible pieces of media that leave a lasting impression. I am frequently told that my voice and my work creates undeniable and substantial shift in the minds, bodies, spirits, and lives of those who receive it.

As we collectively began to emerge from the solitude of quarantine after Covid-19, I found myself missing access to culture, art, and community that simply was not available in my quiet retreat on the Bay, â€‹and that call led me to Richmond. â€‹

Over the past two years, I have strategically scaled back my internet presence while still doing client work, and I've been performing music all over the Greater Richmond and DC areas.

Let's connect! Thanks for being here.
